• What does it cost to deliver the course in-house?

It depends upon the size of the group and where it is conducted. Your company might have as few as four staff needing the training, or as many as ten.

As a guide, the one day Essentials of MS Project course costs around $2,500 + gst to deliver in-company in Melbourne.

The two day program allows more hands-on training and in depth application of the software capabilities to planning an actual current project. The cost is around $4,600 + gst at your venue.

However, in Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane there are some additional travelling costs - but you are gaining the benefit of experienced trainers who are genuine subject matter experts in MS Project.

Alternatively, if you are an individual seeking some one-one coaching in the use of MS project for your own specific current project, an on-site session in Melbourne CBD is around $220 per hour.

Depending upon your needs and experience, you may choose to focus upon either the scheduling, resource allocation or reporting capabilities of the software.
